I was born and educated in Morley, West Yorkshire but have travelled extensively throughout the United Kingdom and this is reflected in my art. I am self-taught and enjoy working in an endless variety of mediums and genre – each brings its’ own challenges.
Although I have always been interested in art I had little time to devote myself to it whilst working and bringing up a family but, since retirement I have enjoyed art and craft in all its’ forms as I hope I can demonstrate as you browse these pages.
I am a member of the SAA Painting Friends and WetCanvas! and attempt to bring affordable art to everyone. My work is included in private collections in the UK, Australia, Europe and the USA.
Most of my artwork is sold as originals but there is a limited opportunity to sometimes purchase quality prints.
Commissions are readily accepted. Pet portraits are a speciality. Pyrography and craft items can usually be personalized by request.
